This edition deals with topics on Angolan Mineral, Oil and Gas Journal (AMOGJ), ISSN number 2708-2989 and DOI number 10.47444, publish on this date the fifth edition, with four scientific papers that cover the subject areas of our scientific journal. This edition deals with topics on The Need and Importance of Angolan Maritime Spatial Planning: Security and the Blue Economy and others subjects that will be available soon. Therefore, the fifth edition of this mean of international scientific communication produced in Angola show themes that make it possible to awaken national researchers about the imminent need to use this bibliographic material to support the country's scientific and technological development. In this perspective, the knowledge produced that may awaken teachers, researchers and students in the search for a development trajectory supported by science from consistent projects with public and private funding.

Even in the initial phase of this work, the journal received articles from three continents: Africa, Europe and South America and with the repercussion of the published papers, it has resulted in access by researchers from more than 129 countries in the world, with emphasis on Angola, The United States of America, Brazil, Portugal, China, United Kingdom, India ,  France, Egypt, Russia, Canada, Ireland, Finland, among others, resulting in the citation of published papers and in the value of impact factor of 1.365 attributed by International Institute of Organized Research.
